The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) and the Koch Brothers are pushing copycat legislation in states across the country, to open up a Constitutional Convention -- it's not enough that they try to buy Congress and the White House with their billions of dollars. Now they're trying to buy the U.S. Constitution by re-writing it.
