Florida’s most vulnerable workers are under attack. HB 6033 and SB 1672 would gut the few protections they have left.

These bills would let temp agencies:

• Charge workers just to access their own paychecks
• Dock wages without itemized pay stubs
• Force workers to buy overpriced lunches and transportation
• Strip away basic human dignity, like access to water, restrooms, or a place to sit while waiting hours for work

And all of this would be legal.

It’s a blatant giveaway to exploitative corporations like Pacesetters Personnel Services, while undermining fair businesses and pushing workers deeper into poverty.

We need real solutions to support working people, not more ways to exploit them.
