Tell Elon Musk: STOP UNION-BUSTING!

Workers at the Tesla factory in Buffalo, NY recently made public their concerns about working conditions and their intent to unionize. Just hours later? Management FIRED more than 30 workers, including at least one union organizing committee member.

The truth is back by federal law: Every worker, in every corner of this country, in every industry, has the right to choose to form a union, FULL STOP. Any employer, even billionaire CEOs like Elon Musk, who blatantly engage in illegal anti-union activities deserve the full wrath of the NLRB, Congress, the courts, and the public.

Your decision to fire 30 Tesla Buffalo workers just hours after they voiced their intent to unionize is unacceptable.

Telsa Inc. received nearly $1 Billion in taxpayer dollars, yet you have failed to produce the jobs your promised to our community, and NOW you've launched an attack not only on your own workers, but ALL workers.

I support Tesla workers in Buffalo! I support their right to choose to unionize. I support their right to voice their concerns about unsafe working conditions and fair pay for their labor.

I demand that the fired workers be reinstated, you stop your illegal union-busting tactics, and do what the law requires: Let Tesla workers exercise their right to unionize!
