Take the Pledge: Vote NO on Amendment 1!

Tennessee Voters

Promoted by out-of-state billionaires, super PACs, and corporate special interest groups intent on harming working families, Amendment 1 seeks to enshrine Tennessee's "Right to Work" law in the state constitution.

This unnecessary constitutional amendment would make workplaces more dangerous, lock a generation of Tennesseans into low-wage jobs, and set a dangerous precedent of allowing politicians to amend the constitution for their own personal agenda.

Tennesseans need real solutions to real problems, like ongoing recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and access to better-paying jobs. Attempts to enshrine this harmful law in the state constitution are a waste of taxpayer dollars on a partisan crusade designed solely to score political points.

We can stop it if we all stand together. Will you take the pledge to vote NO on Amendment 1?
