Support Eugene Starbucks Workers!

Starbucks workers at the 29th and Willamette location in Eugene (2830 Willamette St) have filed for a union election with the NLRB. Joining a nationwide movement, this location would be one of the first Starbucks in the Pacific Northwest to unionize. They need our support!
Will you add your name to this petition being sent to Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson demanding a fair union election and fair contract?

Mr. Johnson,
Starbucks has branded itself as a socially responsible company; but when workers at your company have attempted to exercise their right to organize a union in their workplace, they’ve been met with disgraceful union busting tactics at every turn. It has come to our attention that partners at the 29th and Willamette Location in Eugene have petitioned the NLRB to form a union. Oregonians have a proud and rich tradition of worker organization, and believe that organizing a union is a venerated right. Our community will not tolerate any attempts to undermine or intimidate the partners at this store.
We, the undersigned, demand that:
Starbucks voluntarily recognizes the partners’ union at the 29th and Willamette location in Eugene, Oregon. If your company is to follow through with an NLRB election with the workers at the 29th and Willamette location, we demand a free and fair election without union busting tactics that have plagued other stores. Working people across the state of Oregon and the entire country will be watching what happens next.
