The Kentucky AFL-CIO stands in solidarity with the hundreds of Kentucky workers who received termination notices regarding their humanitarian status, forcing them to leave the country by April 24, 2025. (Learn more here)

These workers came to this country legally and are hard-working, tax paying members of our community, raising their families and living their lives peacefully.

When Union members are under attack, we fight back! Sign here to demand the working families be protected from deportation.

Union workers across Kentucky are being targeted for deportation. These are members who have legal visas to live and work in the U.S. They have built lives and families in our communities, and they work side-by-side with us every day. It hurts our economy and our community when immigrants are targeted.
Join us to demand that the Trump administration reinstate their legal status to remain in the U.S.
We urge our community to come together in support of those affected.

We stands in solidarity with the nearly 200 workers who received termination notices regarding their humanitarian status, forcing them to leave the country by April 24, 2025.
They have built lives and families in our communities, and they work side-by-side with us every day. It hurts our economy and our community when immigrants are targeted.
We demand the Trump Administration reinstate legal status to these working families, so they may remain in the U.S. and our community.
