Over 200 hospitality workers in hotels and restaurants in Colonial Williamsburg, represented by UNITE HERE Local 25, have been in contract negotiations. The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation has gone from extended lay-offs during the pandemic to brutally long work days and weeks with lack-luster workplace protections and no increase in pay. Workers are fighting for a strong contract that will address their challenging working conditions, and they need our help.
