Women's rights are worker rights! The VT AFL-CIO, our state's federation of labor unions, is launching its brand-new "Women & Gender Equity Network." The Network was established to fight for equity and human rights for women & nonbinary persons, including the right to a safe abortion.

While our work is rooted in the workplace, we also advocate for ourselves in the State House and beyond. We are a working-class Network open to all workers (but not bosses), because we understand our struggle is deeply connected our struggle against capitalism.

We are hosting our second meeting -- right before our Convention -- on Wednesday, August 10th from 5:30 - 6:30 pm to continue to develop a plan to address the urgent issue of forced births and abortion rights. Please join us!
