With union organizing on the rise in both traditional and non traditional workplaces, Philadelphians have a lot of questions about what a union is and what the process looks like to form one. This training will walk folks through the first steps to forming a union, what your rights at work are, and what resources are available to workers who want to organize.

Open to all Philadelphians with all levels of union experience.
