Alaskans Support the PRO Act

U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski and U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan

We are on the verge of passing the most comprehensive piece of pro-worker legislation in the past half-century, but we need your help! The Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act will finally ensure that the working people in this country are protected and have the right to organize.

The PRO Act will:

Empower workers to exercise their freedom to organize and bargain
Create a mediation and arbitration process to ensure a newly formed union reaches its first contract
Prevent employers from misclassifying workers as independent contractors
Prevent employers from requiring workers to attend anti-union meetings or interfering in union elections

The PRO Act faces an uphill battle in the U.S. Senate. We need our Senators, Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan, to support this landmark legislation!
