This year's theme is "Honoring Our Past, Committing to Our Future." We will pay tribute to the sacrifices of workers who have paved the way for labor rights and recommit ourselves to the ongoing struggle for fair treatment, justice, and equality. As we honor those who have been lost in the fight for workers' rights, we also pledge to continue their legacies by advocating for safer working conditions, fair wages, and respect for all workers.
