Colorado workers should have the freedom to advocate for fair pay and safer workplaces, but outdated labor laws hold us back.
The Worker Protection Act strengthens unions by modernizing these laws so workers are free to negotiate for safety and pay.
Hello, Governor Polis,
My name is (Name), and I am a member of (Name of Union or Organization, if you are a member). I am calling to respectfully ask you to:
Support the Worker Protection Act
Colorado’s labor laws are outdated and out of step with the rest of the country making us a modified Right to Work State.
The requirement for two elections is an unnecessary obstacle that silences workers' voices and weakens workers’ ability to organize and advocate for better conditions and each other.
We must modernize Colorado's labor law by eliminating the requirement for a second election so workers have the freedom to negotiate to increase worker safety, put more money in the pockets of working families and decrease the wealth gap
We hope that you will commit to voting yes to modernize Colorado's labor law by eliminating the requirement for a second election.
