Volunteer to Protect the Vote!

Working with national civil rights partners and community allies, the AFL-CIO’s My Vote, My Right program engages hundreds of volunteers to help protect voters’ rights in key states.

These efforts are particularly important this year, when votes are threatened by inadequate election administration, lack of information and outright misinformation about changes in election laws such as new photo ID requirements, lack of access to required photo IDs and voter intimidation on Election Day.

Help protect the vote by joining a network of labor and progressive activists working to ensure every vote counts in Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. You can help by:

•    Signing up to be a polling monitor (outside of the poll place) on Election Day and attending a training session.

If you are interested in protecting the vote on Nov. 6, sign up using the form below.  For more information or questions, e-mail votingrights@aflcio.org.
